The Clergy Staff of the Community Church of Iselin serves to provide spiritual leadership, pastoral care, and guidance to the congregation. They are dedicated to preaching and teaching the Word of God, fostering a strong faith community, and supporting the church's mission through worship, outreach, and discipleship. 2 Timothy 4:2 (KJV):
"Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine."

CCI Deacons
The Deacons of the Community Church of Iselin serve to support the pastoral leadership by assisting with the spiritual and physical needs of the congregation. Their role is rooted in biblical principles, as seen in Acts 6:3-4 (KJV): "Wherefore, brethren, look ye out among you seven men of honest report, full of the Holy Ghost and wisdom, whom we may appoint over this business. But we will give ourselves continually to prayer, and to the ministry of the word."
